Due to the current heat advisory and that conditions in Bennington, Deerfield, & Mt. Hermon are forecast to be beyond the threshold for healthy outdoor excecise during our practice time today, we will be postponing tonight’s practices for SVT and WMass to tomorrow Wednesday 7/30 6-8pm. While tomorrow is a tough forecast as well, I am hopefull that we may get a break to be able to run.
Essex Practices will run 6-7:30pm tonight in an abbreviated schedule with plenty of breaks for rest and hyrdation.
